• Report major tooling maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs & servicing on maintenance cards.
• Follow up on production tooling setup requests, including new, repaired, or modified tools.
• Ensure proper inventory control and storage for spare parts and accessories.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring 5S compliance.
• Follow CSR policies to create a positive workplace and environmental impact.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in mould maintenance, tooling repairs, or machine servicing.
• Strong technical skills in tooling setup, repair, and modification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and inventory management skills.
• Familiarity with 5S and CSR practices is an advantage.
