About Us.

SONFUAT PRECISION commenced its operation in August 1980. Today, it is an established business entity, offering its customers a wide range of services, with its primary focus on plastic injection moulding of high precision engineering and electronic parts.

Other secondary activities include metal insertion, spray painting, pad & silk printing, and assembly.

The company's history can be traced to SONFUAT MACHINERY WORKS, another member of the SONFUAT family.

The latter started business 2 years earlier, and it soon led to the set-up of SONFUAT PRECISION.

By 1985, SONFUAT PRECISION's business volume had grown to the extent that a bigger location was needed for SONFUAT's operation.

The subsequent years witnessed even more growth by SONFUAT PRECISION, which prompted the management in 1997 to relocate SONFUAT's operation to its own factory along Jalan Minyak Beku.

SONFUAT PRECISION's customers today enjoy reliability in both quality and efficiency. The company gained its ISO 9001 certification in March 2002.

Its business is driven by a deep desire to deliver customer satisfaction, through its emphasis on well-trained human resource and superior machinery base.

Milestones.

1978 Sonfuat works was incorporated at Jalan Ampuan, to serve electronic industry in the area of Tooling, Jigs & fixtures, spare parts, etc.

1980 Set-up Sonfuat Precision to cater for the local consumer plastic requirement.

1992 Ventured into precision parts for the electronic industry.

1997 Set-up own factory lot at 2.5 mile in Jalan Minyak Beku due to expansion.

1998 Set-up assembly activities for Fujitsu keyboard assembly.

2000 Set-up pad printing & silk printing

2001 Set-up spraying & painting

2002 ISO9001 was awarded

2006 ISO14001 was awarded

2007 Extension on 4 acres reserved land

2008 Build a double-storey new building for warehouse & production activities

2010 Change hybrid injection machines.

2015 Set-up a fully automatic spindle spray-painting line.

2016 Set-up Alpha Line to cater for the mould & tools requirement.

2019 Build a single-storey new building for warehouse. Bought another single-storey new building for reserved the new project.

2020 Upgrade new plastic injection machines & production equipment's.
