About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Internal Auditor (HR Compliance) to ensure our factory adheres to all compliance standards, including 5S, ISO, CSR, and other regulatory requirements. This role will be responsible for conducting internal audits, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with management to maintain a high standard of workplace compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct internal audits for 5S, ISO, CSR, and company policies
✔ Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
✔ Work with departments to implement and monitor compliance improvements
✔ Prepare audit reports and documentation for management review
✔ Provide training and guidance on compliance best practices

Requirements:

🔹 Experience in internal auditing, compliance, or quality assurance
🔹 Knowledge of 5S, ISO standards, CSR policies, and labor regulations
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
