  • Report major tooling maintenance issues to the Supervisor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs & servicing<\/strong> on maintenance cards.<\/li>\n
  • Follow up on production tooling setup requests<\/strong>, including new, repaired, or modified tools.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure proper inventory control and storage<\/strong> for spare parts and accessories.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain a clean and organized<\/strong> work area, ensuring 5S<\/strong> compliance.<\/li>\n
  • Follow CSR policies<\/strong> to create a positive workplace and environmental impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u2705 Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Experience in mould maintenance, tooling repairs, or machine servicing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Strong technical skills in tooling setup, repair, and modification<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and inventory management skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with 5S and CSR practices<\/strong> is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
